Turning - Milling

Responsive and modern, the fleet of multi-axis CNC lathes is managed by qualified operators. It allows the continuous production of all cylindrical parts in medium and large series. Each production stage is managed in real time. This activity has several vertical machining centers. Networked with FAO, they can effectively respond to any request.

Drillling – Run in – Rolling

They complete the turning activities and allow carrying out fully autonomous manufacturing. Assembly and adjustment supplemented by identification (ink jet, vibroetching, micropercussion...) for traceability. Chatal also offers the assembly of mechanical sets and subsets.

Quality Control

Our organization enables us to meet the requirements and evolutions in control processes requested by our customers.

Being in command of our supply chain enables us to adapt to the needs of the customer. Furthermore in order to optimize our contractual production forecast, to increase responsiveness and to maintain cost control, the Chatal company has set up a store for ‘parts in transit’ which offers a flexible and efficient solution in respect of the prescribed deadlines.
